Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
• A Return Request Form will be provided, which must be duly completed and sent to NÁUTICA SUR by email.
• If the return is accepted, NÁUTICA SUR will send the signed form back (this document is essential to process the return). All items returned without prior authorization, or not accepted under warranty, will be sent to a recycling center after 4 months.
• A copy of the delivery note or invoice showing the items to be returned must be included with the return shipment. Both documents must be included inside the shipment.
• If necessary, a copy of the order, delivery note, or invoice for a transport claim or incident report must also be included.
• The original packaging and all protective materials must be intact. • In case of damage caused during transport, a claim must be filed with the courier company that made the delivery within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns will only be accepted with prepaid postage.
The maximum period for processing a return is 14 business days from the order date.
IMPORTANT! Before returning any items, please note the handling fee (minimum €15) plus shipping costs, which can represent a significant percentage of the total cost.
All returns must be sent to the address provided on the return form.
*(Except for engine parts and spare parts, for which an additional 10% will be deducted if the return is due to customer error).
*(The package must be returned in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted for items purchased by the meter, such as chains, ropes, straps, profiles, etc.). RETURNS OF MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL PARTS
Our Returns Policy for mechanical and electrical parts applies within 3 days of delivery. Simply send an email requesting the return, and we will handle everything, including collecting the merchandise and issuing a refund upon receipt of the package at our warehouse. If the return is made after 3 days but within 7 days of delivery, the customer will be charged 20% of the purchase price and will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, and the delivery note or invoice must be included inside the package. Please follow the instructions sent to your email address.
