EL TIMÓN SIRVE COMO ELEMENTO DE CONTROL DE VELOCIDAD Y DIRECCIÓN, MIENTRAS QUE EL P/A SIRVE COMO ELEMENTO DE TRABAJO QUE AGREGA POTENCIA AL LÍQUIDO DE DIRECCIÓN. LA BOMBA DEL TIMÓN CONTROLA LA VELOCIDAD DE LA BOMBA, POR LO QUE CUANTO MÁS RÁPIDO GIRE EL VOLANTE, MÁS RÁPIDO FUNCIONARÁ LA BOMBA DE ENGRANAJES. CUANDO NO ESTÁS CONDUCIENDO, ESE DETIENE Y SOLO CONSUME ENERGÍA DE RESERVA.
